How It Works

Monthly Content Capture (10-15 minutes)

We record a brief conversation with you. Structured questions that extract specific points, technical accuracy, current themes in your work. This becomes the source material for everything else.

Blog Content (One post per month, sometimes two)

We craft a timeless blog post from your interview. Written in your voice. Posted on your website where it works around the clock for search visibility and client education.

Social Content (Two posts per week)

One post draws from the latest blog. Another draws from existing website content or media library. Scheduled across up to three channels (Facebook and/or Instagram and/or LinkedIn and/or Threads).

You can always post additional content when inspiration strikes. This just ensures the baseline drumbeat continues.

Every piece goes through you before publishing. Or, if you trust the process, we can run it without your eyes on every post. Your choice.

Who Handles This?

Our Social Media Coordinators, AJ and Caitlin Davis, work under Steve’s direct supervision following your Message Framework.

What You Need Before Starting

Strategic Clarity Session completed (either direct payment or through government-subsidised mentoring). We need your Message Framework to maintain voice consistency.

Active social accounts on Facebook and/or Instagram and/or LinkedIn and/or Threads. We work with whatever platforms you’re actually using.

Website with blog section already set up. Content needs somewhere to live beyond social feeds.

Investment and Capacity

$300 + GST per month

Compare this to the Perth consultant charging a winemaker client $1,400 + GST monthly for similar work. Or the hours you’re currently spending (or not spending) trying to maintain social presence yourself.

We cap this at 6 clients maximum.
