While interrogating our own analytics, I found something startling. Our most “engaging” content, the piece people were spending minutes reading, was actually a broken link. A “Ghost Page”.
For months, our best prospects, namely, people ready to escape the “strategic fog”, were knocking on a door that was boarded up. They found the philosophy, but they couldn’t find the path to the solution.
It was a stark reminder: Clarity isn’t just about what you say; it’s about making sure the path is clear.
